BUYING

The first step in buying is to know what you want and need and become familiar with the real estate market (to become familiar with the market you can look at all listed properties following the section below). Once you know what you are looking for then we need to find the home that best fits your needs. The final step is to help you complete to purchase. Look through the section on Buyer's Tips above for additional suggestions.

LOOKING AT HOMES

To look at all properties listed by all agents go to the Property Search section above. You will be asked for your contact information. I will contact you once to offer assistance but you are under no obligation to me and I will not contact you again if you so wish. Once in the property search section you will be able to narrow the search down by using various criteria such as the City, number of bedrooms, price, and others.

SELLING

Please look at the section above for Seller's Tips. Getting you and your house ready to sell is vital to getting the best price. Other important steps include the marketing presentation, negotiating the deal, and getting the sale closed. I don't want to just list your house I want to help you sell it!!
